Candian International Development Agency (CIDA) outsourced the development and implementation of LGCD web portal to us. We developed following features

• Content Management System
• Document Management System to archive the government rules, notifications, project plans etc.
• Front end uploading system
• Performance measurement system for all sub-provincial local governments and their benchmarking
• Data collection and status report of Citizen Community Boards (CCB)
• e-Mail system for all stakeholders (DCOs, ADLGs, TMOs and staff of LG&CD)
